I called to let them know I got sick from some of their food. They took down my info and called me back. John left me a long winded voicemail telling me that after “investigating” this incident, that “our food is not the source of you feeling ill.” Then he gives me numbers of how many food items were sold that day, and how “no one else called in” to tell them they felt sick. First of all, I called out of courtesy, not everyone calls. Second, I don’t need to know how many of those food items were sold. Where is the apology? I shouldn’t have to ask for a refund. I have never in my life been spoken to in this manner, and it’s shocking I wasn’t offered an apology and refund right off the bat, with no questions asked. They only care about covering themselves, and not the customers. “It’s my pleasure” to leave a horrible review, and by the looks of their reviews I’m not the only one. Not only have they lost my business, but my respect.
