  Great Food & Service I had a great experience at CAVA! The food was fresh, flavorful, and made with high-quality ingredients. Everything was delicious, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean and welcoming as well. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend CAVA to anyone looking for a fresh and tasty meal! Tracy

  This particular CAVA has the best vibe! The Manager, Vivian is the kindest, most helpful, and knowledgeable presence for this busy! She is respected by her teammates and adored by her customers! She greet us with such a warmth and remembers our names, our orders, and even asks about family members and personal events. She is truly a gem and a VIP for the CAVA franchise! We love our CAVA, but especially, Vivian!

  No ice for beverages. Not cool! 🤭 Employees need assistance with customer service. They assume everyone is supposed to know about their food. It's ok to describe the food or what's included. Guess they have enough traffic they don't need to worry about repeat customers.

  I had an absolutely outstanding experience, and Sulley made it even better! From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping me choose the perfect meal. Her recommendation was an incredible combination of flavors that I probably never would have chosen on my own, and it turned out to be one of the best meals I’ve had. The restaurant itself was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, the service was impressively fast, and everything was handled with remarkable efficiency. Even though my order came out quickly, the quality was outstanding. My favorite part had to be the pita chips they were perfectly crisp, fresh, and absolutely addictive. Paired with the rest of the meal, every bite was delicious from start to finish. Sulley truly went above and beyond to ensure I had an exceptional dining experience. Customer service like hers is rare, and it’s exactly what keeps customers coming back. If you’re planning to visit, I highly recommend asking for Sulley’s recommendations you won’t be disappointed. Five stars all the way!
