  The handicap accessibility was not great. No place for wheels to get up the curb. Huge planter in front of the door at the curb. No nearby handicap parking.

  Worst Cava branch ever!!! Cava is my go to always, but this branch specifically is the absolute worst. Every time I go I ask for add ons and I get charged too many extras, this time I figured let me just get their portion and see; I got a mix of rice and Arugula, I swear the amount of rice was less than an amount served to a toddler, then braised beef she put 1 bite!!!! Long story short, I paid more than 20$ ate my bowl in about 4 bites and was still hungry after finishing it. Never stepping foot in that branch again.

  I love eating at this location , delicious food and a happy atmosphere that makes you feel welcome . Cleanliness is top notch too , The ladies serving you here are always smiling and treat you well !

  Vivian truly went above and beyond with her service. When she noticed that the bowl I originally received was too spicy for me, she didn’t hesitate to step in and make it right. Instead of just offering a quick fix, she took the time to remake my entire bowl to ensure it was something I could actually enjoy. Her attention to detail and genuine care for my experience did not go unnoticed. It’s rare to come across someone who is that thoughtful and proactive. Vivian made me feel valued as a customer, and because of her, I’ll definitely be coming back.

  I genuinely don’t understand why some Cava employees seem determined to give you the smallest portions possible, especially when it comes to something as basic as rice. Today I watched an employee repeatedly shake rice off the serving spoon, at least three times, before finally adding what amounted to two barely full scoops into my bowl. Just rice. Nothing complicated. And even after adding the braised beef, the bowl still looked almost empty. When I politely asked for a bit more rice, she took my bowl back to the pot and asked if I was okay with being charged extra. Extra for rice. At that point my bowl was already over $15 because of the braised beef. All I wanted was enough rice to balance the portion, not an overflowing bowl. It’s frustrating to pay that much and still walk away feeling like you didn’t get a reasonable amount of food. A $15 bowl should feel like a real meal, not something that looks half served. Next time I might take a picture so I can show exactly what I’m talking about, because right now it honestly feels like the portions are being skimmed down. It makes you wonder if employees are encouraged to serve less to keep costs down.
