We ordered a birthday cake online online in advance, but when we arrived to pick it up, it looked nothing like the cake we paid for. To make matters worse, the customer service at this location was terrible. Overall, it was a really disappointing experience once again. #done!

I asked if I could order directly from them, and they stated no. I asked if I could order from a computer and they stated "no -it must be through the app". So the next day I downloaded the app and ordered one and Baskin-Robbins gave me a pick up time. I arrived at the store and the SAME worker tells me I should have given more time to pick up the Polar Pizza as it takes a day or two. I told him the app gave me this time I didn't choose it. His reply was "that app doesn't work." This is the same man who told me to use the app on the previous day. I asked what I should do and he called his manager. After a call with the manager - he stated "yeah, we don't do Polar Pizza's any more." This is the same guy who told me I should have given it a day or two (or maybe a thousand, I guess). So two wasted trips and I have nothing to show for it it. No "I'm sorry." He didn't even apologize. The manager didn't want to speak to me to apologize. This place is ridiculous - go buy your ice cream from any other store. I bet the management doesn't even reply to this post.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
