During my visit, around 6 p.m., I requested to use the restroom; however, I was denied access by an employee. I found this situation both inconvenient and disappointing, especially as a customer. Access to basic facilities like restrooms is an important part of customer service, and being restricted without a clear or reasonable explanation was frustrating. I kindly ask that you review this matter and ensure that staff are trained to handle such situations with professionalism and consideration for customers. Thank you for your attention to this issue. I finally asked if they were open (it’s 11:40am - they are)… he responded that “he would get to me when he’s ready”, so I walked out.

- NLNoah LoganMar 23, 20261.0What a complete joke, I ordered ahead on the app and didn't arrive till 30 minutes after the estimated pickup time, as I’ve had to wait on numerous occasions in the past as they never have my order ready on time. When I arrived my sandwich still wasn’t made, and the employee had the nerve to admit (unprompted) that she didn’t bother making it, since I wasn’t in the store and it didn’t look like I was coming. The whole point of pickup is for it to be ready when you get there! Also this Subway uses poor and old ingredients, I love pepper jack cheese but it tastes funky and gross here.
