  I had a horrible experience ordering online with Pizza Hut today via the location 3311 lee hwy. I paid for my order, received email, credit card charged, and per online tracking my pizza was due to be delivered at 3:36 pm. I waited until 4:30 pm and no pizza. I called restaurant, they told me had no record of my order. I made another order and called restaurant to confirm they received, this time they said yes. Pizza due to be delivered at 5:36 pm, didnt show up until about 6:30 pm (though driver kept in touch with me and said there were delays due to traffic). then when the driver of my 2nd order arrived, he texted me, i went to pick it up, and found the pizzas from my original order sitting on the shelf in the building lobby! What a fiasco. Im never ordering from Pizza Hut again. Period.

  - now there is garlic on the cheese crust. - there was muslim prayers played at the location. Why do we all have to listen to that

  Absolutely ridiculous this location. They blame the delivery drivers on why the food is late. That is not true. The store took over an hour to make my food, but in the mean time updated the app like it was being delivered therefore blaming the driver. I had a nice delivery driver who kept me updated on the situation. You also cannot get through to the store on the phone. Pizza Hut customer service is no help as well. I still like Pizza Hut but never again will I order from this location.

  Placed an order for the Pizza Hut on Lee Highway and it said 40 minutes. Now we’re at like an hour and a half in and still don’t have it. Store is not answering but says it’s on the way in the app. Plot twist: our delivery driver is live texting from the store where they haven’t even started despite having only two tickets. Also, the phone is ringing off the hook and no one is answering (driver says from the store). Can confirm, they aren’t answering after sitting on hold for 20 minutes and counting. No way to cancel and the corporate lines are all referring us back to the store. Cool. Love Pizza Hut from a pizza perspective but corporate is wild for letting this store (or franchisee) act this way.

  The website wasn't working so it processed our order without payment, meaning that we were about to have a delivery that needed cash... which we didn't have (it's 2026). So I called to figure it out and the guy who answered took our payment over the phone. He then tried to scam the doordash driver by giving him a receipt that stated "cash on delivery." D.D. would have pulled the $ from the driver for undelivered food, when we called him he kept saying 'no, you need to sort it out with door dash' which isn't true in the slightest. I ordered via PizzaHut's website, and paid over the phone. Every single time we called in, he picked up the phone and just slammed it back down. So we had no food, and he took our money. We ended up having to drive over there, and he STILL tried to refuse to either refund the order or make us our food. A nice lady who worked there just simply re made our order. He kept trying to ignore us while we were waiting and was doing absolutely nothing to fix the problem. You tried to steal from a door dash driver, and you are an absolute coward. Thank you for wasting an hour and a half of the little time I get to hang out with my friends. I hope someone tries the same with you.
