I had a disappointing experience at this store. The man preparing the pizza had a very rude attitude, which made the visit unpleasant.

Went because of good coupon. Crust is average, toppings are skimpy portions. Well down on list of pizza chains that we use..even with good coupon deal.

Don’t order from this place. They will not make pizza as per pizza hut recipe book and guide. Owner/Manager doesn’t speak properly english and is rude.

I had a horrible experience ordering online with Pizza Hut today via the location 3311 lee hwy. I paid for my order, received email, credit card charged, and per online tracking my pizza was due to be delivered at 3:36 pm. I waited until 4:30 pm and no pizza. I called restaurant, they told me had no record of my order. I made another order and called restaurant to confirm they received, this time they said yes. Pizza due to be delivered at 5:36 pm, didnt show up until about 6:30 pm (though driver kept in touch with me and said there were delays due to traffic). then when the driver of my 2nd order arrived, he texted me, i went to pick it up, and found the pizzas from my original order sitting on the shelf in the building lobby! What a fiasco. Im never ordering from Pizza Hut again. Period.
