  I go through phases where I order here everyday for like a week straight. I’m in that phase now. Thank you for always sending me a warm, delicious, sub. You have my favorite chicken cheesesteak. It is my comfort food. Shout out to your crew.

  Extremely Disappointed with Pizza Boli's I’ve had multiple negative experiences at the Pizza Boli's in Arlington, VA, particularly in the store location at 4109 Columbia Pike, Arlington, VA 22204. First, they have Poor Customer Service: The staff has been consistently unprofessional, often using inappropriate language towards customers. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and makes for a very uncomfortable dining experience. Second, they have Pricing Issues: I’ve encountered discrepancies between the menu prices and what I was actually charged. This has happened more than three times, leading me to believe there’s a lack of transparency and possibly fraudulent pricing. I hope the business owners or the employees they take these issues seriously and improve their service and pricing practices. Otherwise they lose their business. Until then, I cannot recommend this location.

  The manager stated he wouldn’t take my order next time because pizza bolis code made it free…. He was Super Rude and wasn’t trying to give me my food questioning me asking me where did i get the code from and why did pizza bolis send me a code!!!!! The NASTIEST EXPERIENCE EVER People are constantly “chilling” with no food!! He doesn’t deserve to work there at all.

  I’ve ordered from this restaurant very often over the last year or so and was fairly satisfied with my experiences. However the last 3 times I attempted to support their business, I have been inconvenienced and highly disappointed. On 2 separate occasions , I called the establishment (so I thought) placed an order and after arriving at the restaurant (in the middle of the day might I add) the business was visibly closed. When I called the number back, that I called to place the order, I was put on hold and then informed that despite the business was advertised as open that it was closed. When I inquired about being compensated for the inconvenience, because I had already traveled to the restaurant , “Sam” again apologized but stated the apology itself was the only accommodation he could make. The last and final time I contact this business for service, Sam again answered the phone (remotely I believe) and explained that they would not be ready for business until 3pm, although online has a different time posted.
