  This “fish” sub cost me $12.00 by the time it was deep fried not much “fish” was left only breading!!!

  “I specifically requested a thin-crust pizza when I placed my order, and I made that very clear from the beginning. Whoever took my order either didn’t understand English or simply wasn’t listening to what I was saying. I order from other Pizza Bolis locations all the time, and I never have this problem. The pizzas from the other locations are always correct and well made. But every time I try to order from the Columbia Pike location, I have the same issue. This has happened multiple times. In fact, I’ve canceled my order four or five times and ordered somewhere else because of the problems I’ve had when dealing with the person answering the phone at this location. The person handling the calls asks unnecessary and confusing questions, and it makes the ordering process extremely frustrating. At this point, I honestly don’t even want to order from this location anymore. It’s very disappointing because I’ve never had this kind of problem with the other Pizza Boli’s locations “Honestly, this is unacceptable. This location already has a very poor rating, and now I understand why. This isn’t something that happened once or twice. I’ve had the exact same issue at least 15 or 20 times. I tried to be patient the first few times and give them the benefit of the doubt, but this has become a recurring problem. I honestly don’t know if the wrong people are being put in charge of answering the phones or taking orders, but something clearly needs to change at this location. The customer service is extremely poor, and this is by far the worst Pizza Boli’s location I’ve dealt with

  I ordered a pizza, and my brother was the one who received the delivery. The total came to $31.40, and I gave him $50 to pay. He only got $12 back in change. When I asked my brother where the rest of the money was, he said that was all the delivery driver gave him. I called the restaurant to explain what happened, but instead of looking into the situation, they immediately accused my brother of lying. My brother wasn’t arguing or making up a story—he simply told me what happened. I was very disappointed with how they handled this and the way they treated us.

  The food is satisfactory, but please update your operating hours. It is incorrect to state that you open at 10:00 AM. Additionally, I was unable to place an order for pickup at 11:30 AM online, despite the website indicating that it is permitted to place an order at that time. However, it is an option to select as a time slot. Just ruins my lunch plans on occasion when I do want to eat here and I eat somewhere else

  They must have extra employee there was just one person working when i place my order by call they said it will be ready in 13 minutes when i arrive still asking for 12 more minutes coz he is just a single worker what a unresponsible people. #ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE
