  ACPD gives a employee the right to insult discriminate and bann someone as an excuse for them not wanting to do their job. The guy with the beard piles enough toppings on my pizza to feed the homeless people in Africa when no one else is present then he speaks for the managers there that do an amazing job and always make my pizza correctly and always treat me with great service. He has been the issue since 2025 and still works here without being held liable for the pizzas he messes up with his hair not being in a hairnet and the his beard , the piling of toppings, and also him not washing his hands after handling money and the phone but continuing to make pizzas as I have on video. I will be posting them soon if I am not able to properly seek management's attention since the employee seems to speak for the Owner as well after making his rude remarks of calling me mental and wasting food and stating I'm always having an issue "at least 7 times" he said on the phone with 911 after I kindly just asked him to remake my pizza with lesser toppings and more cheese since I ordered extra cheese. He would say I had to wait which I didnt mind he then got all belligerent and still tried to push the pizza on me that I said I didnt want.

  I live 0.7 miles from this store yet the delivery tracker sat in “On its way!” for over 40 minutes and the manager expected me to wait another 10 (supposedly, but who knows). Not sure how I’m expected to eat cold pizza and chicken that’s been sitting out for almost an hour….

  I go here most of the time if I want pizza from Papa John's. This time Im a little disappointed. I placed an order the day before but eating leftovers the following morning, when I was basically just about done eating the whole slice, I felt something in my mouth when I pulled the pizza slice back. It was a strand of hair (disgusting) I ate almost 5 pizza slice in total (large pizza) just to find a strand of hair in the pizza slice. I wasn't able to get intouch with a supervisor so I called customer care to file a complaint. Manager Alex responded immediately and was able to credit the order back to the credit card I used.

  Had my order in 20 minutes and the pizza was great....however I don't recommend getting any wings from here! Overpriced and very small, other than that I'll continue to order from this place.
