- KSKelly SmithMay 11, 20263.0We’ve never had any issues at this location until yesterday (Mother’s Day). We had called ahead days ago for 5:30. The hostess told us 10 minutes but we didn’t get seated until 6:05. Ordering was a breeze. Unfortunately, the kitchen served our burger and steaks medium when we asked for medium well. We had to wait 10 minutes for ketchup which ended up being unnecessary since the fries were gone by then. The server never refilled our drinks or provided a 2nd load. He never checked on us after being flagged down about the ketchup. I stopped him about the meat and he took the burger off the check. No manager stopped and the owner was on site. It was a disaster.

Soon as we walked into the restaurant, we were greeted by Keith, I think he’s one of the managers, and seated promptly by a really respectful gentleman. Upon being seated, Keith recommended “Keith Wings” which were DELICIOUS and served to perfection. Besides the great food, the staff were very attentive and made sure we were satisfied. Overall great experience

And a bonus? The $10 take home meal, only available when dining in the restaurant. It's a great incentive to visit.

The service was amazing; our server, Mari, was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything came out on time. Manager Henry was very professional and made sure everything was running smoothly, and host Gabe was welcoming and got us seated quickly. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable, making it a great spot to eat and hang out. Overall, everything exceeded expectations and I’d definitely come back again.
