    We were asked to choose a table which was a nice gesture. Our server was a charming young man from Chile who was very accommodating of our food and drink requests. The steak was excellent!

    Our hostess was Don he was polite helpful, friendly and very interactive with us. He was overly helpful he allowed us time to complete one meal at a time and the service was excellent.

    I went to this particular steakhouse due to its proximity from where I was staying. I was really craving some good steak. Never been to a Mortons before so this was my first time visiting one. I love Tomahawk steak so I went with that and added two extras with the steak. It came out hot which I like, but what I didnt like was the bone to meat ratio. Again, not the first one Ive had so I understand that the bone is included in the ounces count. However, with this particular Tomahawk steak it was a bit egregious as far as the bone to meat ratio was concerned. Wish I had though to take a photo for further proof but was rather upset about it. I would have been better off ordering a 16 oz ribeye since that is roughly the amount of meat on this Tomahawk steak, also it would have been friendlier to my wallet. I would recommend to anyone to not order a Tomahawk from this establishment. Go somewhere else so you dont get fleeced like I did. I was thoroughly upset with it. Enjoyed the service and the atmosphere was ok. It would have been a better experience if I had felt like I hadn't gotten robbed.

    I hate to write this review but I have to. I haven’t been to this Morton’s in a few months & due to good reason every time I go here my food is messed up. It’s either burnt or they forget my food. I truly used to come regularly to see Juan one of the bartenders. He was truly a breath of fresh air with great customer service & energy. He was always attentive,helpful and funny.My experience at this Morton’s last night was totally unacceptable. I came in and asked for a new menu feature, which is the steak and sushi and I was highly disappointed. First I wanna start off with my service by Mara the bartender was great. She was attentive, engaging and provided excellent customer service now off to the awful part. I waited over 45 minutes for my food then the restaurant was not even busy. The kitchen has never made this special before so they had to cook my rice for my sushi, but never informed the Bartender or myself that there will be a delay in service. I was confused why I didn’t still receive my steak and my fries instead of them bringing out my meal to me in a time, efficient manner they waiting until the sushi was finished and brought out all of my food together when I got my sushi, the rice was overcooked, and the quality did not Taste good. I sent back my sushi and continued to eat my steak and fries. The temperature of my steak was cold. The manager offered to take off my cocktail and the sushi which was a additional $10 for upgrading to the lobster roll but at the end of my meal, looking at my receipt I still paid for the entire experience which is $69 that included an appetizer, steak and choice of sushi which I didn’t eat. I paid my plus bill &tip to Mara, but I will not be returning to this establishment as it left a bad taste in my mouth & there are other steakhouses in the DC area that I can spend my money & get good customer service. Not only did this Morton’s lose one an awesome bartender Juan. They also lost a customer. Price does not match the quality
