McDonald's food usually gives me an upset stomach. So I just get the fries.

One of the best McDonalds i ever been in. Nothing but hard working hispanic employees, who dress neat, clean, and care about the food they serve you. They don’t have salads on menu, since covid they said. Only down part. Which is not their fault. 10/10. Burgers are actually burgers and put together w love.

The filthiest McDonalds I've been to in a long time. Food was fine, but my order was missing an item. When I went to sit down it was hard to find a clean table even though it wasn't busy at all. The floor was dirty with food, spilled drinks, and trash, lots of ants crawling around. Counters by the drink station also had trash, stains, and drink spills. Ugh. If it's it's that bad in front, I wonder what it's like in the kitchen?

I visited this McDonald’s on June 6 at around 6:00 PM to pick up some food. I entered the drive-thru but accidentally missed the order sign and continued forward until I reached the payment window. A young female employee was there, and since she was wearing the headset, I politely explained that I had missed the ordering station and asked if she could take my order. She refused and told me that I had to drive all the way around again and place my order through the speaker. When I asked why she couldn’t simply take my order since I was already at the window, she claimed that someone else in the back office takes the orders and that she only handles payments. However, it was obvious that she was connected to the drive-thru headset. What made the situation even more frustrating was that there were no cars in front of me or behind me. I was the only customer in the drive-thru at that moment, so taking my order at the window would not have delayed anyone or affected another customer’s turn. I was forced to drive around the entire building and place my order at the speaker. When I did, I immediately recognized that it was the same employee’s voice taking my order. When I returned to the window and pointed this out, she continued to be very rude and unprofessional. McDonald’s is one of my favorite restaurants, but experiences like this make customers not want to come back. I understand that procedures exist, but there is no reason to treat customers disrespectfully or be dishonest. I hope management addresses this issue and provides better customer service training.

My experience at this location around 10:50 AM was an absolute nightmare. It goes far beyond just terrible food because it was deeply discriminatory. I ordered a McCrispy, and after taking just a second bite, I realized the chicken was completely RAW and bloody pink inside! It was a massive health hazard, and I had to spit it out immediately to avoid getting sick. I didn't want to make a scene, so I quietly took the raw sandwich to the counter to discreetly show the manager their mistake. I wasn’t even asking for a free meal or a refund. But instead of apologizing, the so-called "manager" who could barely even communicate in English took one look at me, clearly assumed I was just a clueless tourist, and decided they could bully me. They started aggressively screaming at me at the top of their lungs in front of a lobby full of customers! It was glaringly obvious that they targeted me because I looked like a foreigner. This wasn't just bad customer service. It was blatant discrimination with heavy racist undertones. They figured since I wasn't a local, they could easily humiliate me and get away with it. They falsely accused me of "eating the whole thing" when there was literally a nearly full, raw piece of chicken sitting right in front of them with only two tiny bites missing. I was treated like a homeless person trying to scam them over a $5 sandwich. I have too much self-respect to stand there and scream back at an incompetent, prejudiced employee. I left their disgusting, raw food right on the counter and walked out. To be absolutely clear, I am NOT writing this to get a refund, a free meal, or any sort of compensation. I am sharing this because managers like this are completely destroying the McDonald's brand. I still like McDonald's and will continue to eat at other branches, but I will NEVER step foot in this specific location again. I just wanted corporate and other customers to know exactly what kind of toxic and discriminatory management is running this place.
