  Vlada was our server. She was fantastic. Attentive to our needs. Very polite and very efficient. She checked on us somehow knowing the right timing without being intrusive or us being left alone. The manager, Steve, came out and greeted us as well just to make sure things were going well. Couldn’t be happier with the food and service. Highly recommended.

  I tried calling multiple times to ask about parking and see if I needed a reservation. No one answered. I went anyway, around 4pm. Parking in Crystal City was stressful. I did not know that the restaurant validates tickets from the parking garage next door, to the left, so it would have solved a lot of trials if they at least would have provided that information via recording on the phone and on their website and Google maps. In the restaurant, the bar area was full and 3 staff were busy. No one was at the front. After waiting 5 minutes, Leonard kindly seated me at a comfortable booth and provided friendly and excellent service. He was the highlight. The bread was good - fresh sourdough, not my favorite kind. The shrimp kisses ($12 appetizer) were crunchy, which is OK, but I struggled not to eat the outer skin/shell. The asparagus ($9 small side) was good and juicy, but the ends were a little bit woody. Appreciate that the restaurant validates parking for Landry’s Select Club members.

  I had the grilled chicken sandwich for lunch. It was a nice sized portion. Had I known the toppings was going to be that much, I didn't need to sub my fries for a salad. The salad was already on the sandwich lol. I didn't like the chicken on it though, it was not fresh. More like that frozen chicken breast with grilled marks you find in the grocery store. Overall, the service was great. The waiter was very attentive and polite.

  My first time there and I was not impressed at all. For the food to be as expensive as it is, it was substandard. And the server we had was not good. Pretty sure she could see we needed more drink but continually neglected to refill us. Didn’t notify us of up charges for substitute veggies. She didn’t know anything about the entree’s. I also didn’t like that they don’t put salt and pepper on the tables. You have to request it. Well I didn’t realize it until I needed it but the waitress didn’t come back so that I could ask for it. So my food was pretty much unseasoned. The bill had the audacity to be 150.00. I’ve had better and cheaper steaks at Outback.

  I had such an amazing experience at McCormick & Schmick’s, and it was all thanks to our server, Diana! From the moment we sat down, Diana brought incredible energy, warmth, and professionalism. She was attentive without being overbearing, anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, and made the entire night feel effortless and special. Her menu knowledge was impressive, every recommendation she made was spot on and elevated the whole dining experience!! What really stood out was her attitude. Diana genuinely cares about her guests and it shows in every interaction. She made us feel welcomed, taken care of, and honestly like VIPs. It’s rare to come across someone who blends efficiency, charm, and authenticity so seamlessly. If you’re dining here, ask for Diana, you will not be disappointed.
