  I just went today.There is no costumers,5-6 workers and total they got 2 orders.I waited 10 mins for nothing.They are so slow and doing nothing just talking with each others.They need new manager and new workers asap.

  Standard jimmy johns experience. Food was good, place was clean but the dude making the food loudly burped at least 4 times while we were eating there. I just feel like thats excessive and kinda gross?

  Service is slow. Employees stand around listening to the man who appears to be the day manager (talks very loudly and must be hard of hearing). While the guy keeps talking about private affairs the customers are left standing around waiting. - Update: corporate management reached out and were very responsive and professional. Seems like they care so I'll give them another shot in the future.
