  This company wait specifically for people visiting the DMV to step away for a few minutes. I was towed in under 10 minutes and charged $160, plus using Uber, That is a full day of labor for me. It is a predatory business model that relies on poor signage and aggressive tactics rather than actual service. Totally lacking in empathy for the working community If the employees or the towing operators lost a full day's pay for a 10-minute mistake, they would be just as outraged. I am deeply disappointed 😞 by the parking situation at this location.This store needs to advocate for better signage or more reasonable enforcement for the community they serve. This Giant location is complicit in a predatory towing trap. Giant is showing they don't care about the working community. I will never shop here again.

  I came in to purchase a couple of grocery items for my apartment like milk, cheese, and honey roasted peanuts. I also attempted to purchase the chicken Caesar wrap combo. The combo promotion in ludea the chicken wrap, a bag of chips, and a Coke product for $9.00. When I had attempted to pay for the combo meal and other stuff that I got at the self serve checkout, the combo price would not ring up correctly. One of the employees who was helping other customers had tried to help me as well, by voiding the transaction and starting over. We tried 3 different times while h were all unsuccessful. I was then directed to bring my stuff and march over to the customer service desk, where the transaction was attempted again. Alysse took over at that point and stated that the problem had to with the wrong type of chips that were part of the combo. She then instructed me to walk all the way back to the other end of the store to select a different brand of chips, that would qualify for the discounted combo price. She proceeded to scorn me and tell me that I should have selected the correct chips to begin with. I told her that the original chips that I had picked up were right next to the qualifying chips. Alysse continued to belittle me and although as she stated "doesn't work in that department" the correct type of chips should have been obvious to me, since I am just the customer of course. I did not appreciate any of her presentation, unhelpful attitude, or the way that she was talking to me. I was a very unpleasant experience that I had here today thanks to Alysse- the person who they have representing the Customer Service Desk.

  Been shopping here for 7 years. Parked my car in the lot and went across the street to put a pick up order in while I shopped. Came back and my car was towed. I was told despite the fact I have a membership card with a long history, a grocery list and the gift cards in my pocket that I was not a giant customer. Highly recommend you go to Harris teeter or trader Joe's that are near by and have parking lots too

  My experience with Giant Food Store have always been exceptional...from locationing items ,to produce to store employees...great experience
