  I am leaving a review only because it is disappointing that service and food is not consistent across locations. I work in Arlington and all the Dunkins in Arlington especially this location have a food quality issue. When U get hashbrowns and the 6 dollar meal deal the hashbrowns are soggy and taste freezer burnt. This is not an issue at other locations. Today I ordered a meal and got a cold egg wrap, and a coffee with hardly any milk in it. I was sitting there and my items had just been placed out, the hasbrowns were warm but the egg wrap was cold. Now i write this because if I go to the Dunkin on Duke St I have phenomenal service. The staff is friendly, talkative, quick to address issues, and the food often tastes better. At the Duke st location the hashbrowns are crispy, and warm. I am not sure if this location has issues with their machines or why there is such a Stark difference between quality. But the rare times I go here because it is closer to work instead of the duke st location I am often disappointed. I like dunkin but its disappointing I cant go to any locations in Arlington because the quality isn't as good

  This is long my bad but If i could give this dunkin a zero i would. Had a iced marshmellow cloud dunkalatte and i had to wait a minute for them to find my drink on the screen then it wasnt even started, mind you they not busy the girl throws my drink together hands it to me im thinking this looks light i get dunkin almost every day never this horrible color i grab my drink as im driving away and taking a sip it tastes like milk with sugar. No espresso. So of course i go back around again cuz i paid i ask her to please add espresso as there is non tastes like sugar and milk. She walks over grabs the stainless steel pitcher thats at the espresso machine and pours it in my drink with the shot that was sitting in there already, hands it back to me. Who knows how long that shot of espresso has been sitting there or when it was pulled. Then i take a sip. Nasty. Not good. Horrible burn coffee taste. I believe she gave me the shot they pulled when cleaning the machine or something. Tasted old, burnt. It was not a fresh pulled shot. And for that im pissed. I paid 7 and some change and cant get a decent drink… btw i drank half of it and my stomach started turning. Now i feel sick and this coffee was the first thing i drank this morning. I wont be back to this location. Dunkin managers.. please train your employees better. Its not hard. But a old pulled espresso shot not ok and how do you even forget to put a fresh shot in a damn espresso drink!!!! Like the drink had 3 ingredients how do you miss the main componant. Sorry for the bad review i normally dont do this but i just wanted a decent coffee ended up sick.

  This was a very disappointing experience. I ordered a Nitro Cold Brew and watched the employee pour a regular cold brew into my cup. When I questioned it, another staff member insisted it was the same thing. It is not. What concerns me most is not the mistake itself, but the response. Instead of acknowledging the issue, the staff attempted to convince me that a regular cold brew and a nitro cold brew are identical. They are different products, and customers should receive what they paid for. This reflects a serious lack of integrity and professionalism. Honest mistakes happen, but being dishonest with customers and then dismissing their concerns is unacceptable. To be fair, a third employee was the only person who acknowledged my concern and corrected my drink. I appreciated her willingness to listen and resolve the issue, but it should not have taken that level of effort to receive the product I originally ordered. If this is standard practice, then customers ordering a Nitro Cold Brew should be aware that they may not actually be getting one. I expect better transparency and accountability from a business serving the public.
