  Be VERY careful. This store has drained my gift cards more than once. Driver will choose to add their own random amount to tip. Store pickup will do the same. You absolutely need to check your receipts and keep records. And even if you complain, impossible to get a resolution.

  Excellent customer service. Friendly and responsive. The store provided a replacement pizza when I mistakenly believed that our order had not been delivered. The order had in fact been delivered but the store nevertheless promptly addressed our concern.

  This store is the worst. there is a disrespectful guy answering the phone. He's the only one speaking in an american accent. I was trying to explain to him why the order online is cheaper than what I have ordered on the phone, so he hung up the phone on me. I called him again and asked him "why he hung up" he has shut the phone again. I called for the third time telling him that I want to speak to the manager, he shut the phone for the third time... I am now calling and they are not answering my phone calls.. I order dominoes twice a week for nearly two years, I used to live in 92108 San Diego and dominoes was great, but here in Arlington, the service SUCKS!!!! Im talking about Lee Highway Dominoes my last 9 min wait on the line ended up with another "hung" without even answering my phone call...

  Terrible service from Domino's tonight. First the driver pulls into the driveway, doesn't leave his car, and then pulls away. We call the store and their advice is just wait. 10-15 minutes later pizza driver returns and our food is lukewarm. After opening the pizza we find the main order is missing a topping. So we call again to let them know and in the background we can hear them making rude remarks about us having called in before. We are told theyll remake the pizza and send it to us in 15-20 minutes. It has been 45 minutes and still no pizza. We just called and whoever answered just told us we had to wait again. *Update As I was writing this pizza has arrived. At least this one is hot!
