  I have a dog myself and love them dearly, but having a non-service animal in the restaurant that was clearly not trained and so close to where they prep the food is a huge issue for me. I brought this to the attention of multiple staff members but they just shrugged and clearly didn’t care/didn’t know what to do.

  I live very close to this Chipotle, so I’ve ordered from this location many times. At first, the food was good, but lately the quality has become very inconsistent. Today was probably my worst experience. The white rice was extremely salty—to the point that I couldn’t eat it. I went back and explained the issue, and they replaced it with brown rice. Unfortunately, when I got home, I realized the brown rice was also extremely salty. I really hope management pays more attention to the food quality and consistency, especially since this is such a convenient location for people who live nearby. I would like to continue coming here, but if the quality doesn’t improve, I’ll have to drive to another Chipotle location where the food is prepared better and more consistently.

  I CAN’T STRESS ENOUGH HOW HORRIBLE THE SERVICE AT THIS PLACE IS!!!! Ordered my food while in the office and walked to this store to pick my food. When i arrived, I was met with the most unprofessional and disgusting experience. Close to 7 workers at the counter serving an empty line while the pickup window is struggling with only 2 people. Waited for 5 minutes before i started demanding for my Order. They completely ignored me and said it’s being worked on… 10 mins later still hadn’t got my food. I had to shout several times at the window while still being ignored… At this point they were mad at me for demanding basic service……I finally got my food and left while other people including uber and doordash guys who were there before me hadn’t been served…… Whoever manages this place needs to get FIRED!!!!!!…… I don’t know if they thought i was a delivery person to warrant such treatment. Because several doordash guys left the place and couldn’t wait any longer…. NEVER WASTING MY LUNCH BREAK ON THIS LOCATION AGAIN… DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!

  I placed a pickup order for 10:20, and arrived 10:30 hoping it will be ready and even, a bit cold since i arrived late. I stopped at the pickup window and knocked. The lady (lady #1) inside pointed me the other way, indicating i need to go inside. I went inside and waved at her, she again pointed me to the in store order lane. At the order line was anothe lady (#2), who only asked if it was pickup and told me to wait. (I was the only customer in line) And she kept calmly cleaning the food tray area as if I was never there, slowly wiping crumbs, which sometime get pushed back into their tray bin. Another 5 minutes later, another dude came out of the kitchen and started making a plate for another customer who just walked in. 🤦‍♂️ I was frustrated as it was 25 past my pickup time by then. At that point, I saw an order slip that has my name on it stuck to the glass close to the cashier area. Pointed to the slip and asked the dude of he understood that is the order i was there for. He again told me to wait, and mentiond to lady #2 to make my order (whatever else in Spanish) #2 with an unintrested face started making a bowl, looking at some order slip, put few items in it then with a confused face, started dumping the bowl back to the trays. She called the dude back from the kitchen, who the came to me and asked me finally what my name and order was. Then when i told him, went to the order shelf and grabbed it. It apparently was sitting there the whole time as I feared. Wish I knew sooner this was a common problem at this location. Wouldn't bother ordering from there anymore.
