- SSsophia skolnik5 days ago1.0I’m disappointed with the customer service at this Chick-fil-A location. I stopped in to order a milkshake and politely asked if I could get extra cherries on the side. The manager responded with attitude, rolled their eyes, and spoke to me disrespectfully even though I was the only customer in the store at the time. They eventually said they could give 2-3 extra cherries, but when I got my milkshake, they didn’t include them at all. What bothered me most wasn’t even the cherries — it was the unnecessary attitude and lack of professionalism. I come to this location often and spend a lot of money here because it’s convenient, and unfortunately this is not the first time I’ve experienced rude behavior from staff at this location. Customers should be treated with basic respect.

They decided to charge me the full amount and didn’t send one of the meals that was ordered. When i called the restaurant, the manager answered and said “let me ask the person bagging the food……. They said they just didn’t bag that meal. We don’t make that meal here” mind you, this was the sausage egg and cheese biscuit with hashbrowns. Then the manager says “you have to call DoorDash” so i called the chic fil a cares line, was told “I’m at a loss as to why they would tell you they just didn’t bag the meal when it’s on the receipt and why they would tell you they don’t have that meal or make that meal there when they definitely do. But you will have to call door dash” will not be ordering from them anymore. Beware of the lies they make up on the spot.
