- WBW B2 days ago2.0Food was hot and decent, but there was a $5+ upcharge on each meal, which I suppose is to be expected for airport food. The drinks were filled with an excessive amount of ice, leaving very little actual drink. On top of that, the cups and lids are a major issue. The lids are very cheap and flimsy and are not the standard lids used at other Chick-fil-A locations. They come off very easily, so use caution when carrying your drink. We witnessed drinks being spilled because of this. The ordering queue is also extremely narrow, barely leaving enough room for a stroller or wheelchair to get through. We were told that we were blocking the other registers, but there was literally nowhere else to stand while we were ordering our food. They also advertise airport employee discounts, but despite asking, we were not given the discount. Overall, this is not the same experience as a standard Chick-fil-A. Between the airport upcharges, excessive ice, poor quality cups and lids, cramped ordering area, and inconsistent handling of discounts, the experience could use some significant improvement.

She made me felt like I was slow cause I didn’t know you guys changed coke to Pepsi and when she took my order she had the “didn’t wanna be here attitude” only saving grace was the food was cooks decent.
