  When placing my order I hit the button for no tip and it charged me for a $4.78 tip that I didn't approve. I was also short a 8 count nugget that I had to go back for. I also witnessed an employee taste test the tea from the top of the jug and then double dip his cup back in and taste it again.

  Chic Fil A has shrunk all of their food and millions of people notice it. They do a terrible job at trying to hide it because it’s so obvious. It’s not even worth it anymore. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and my fillet was the size of my eye. I asked for another fillet and I got one for free! Thank you to the manager who gave it to me. At least he cared because Chic Fil A doesn’t !

  This location is really upholding the amazing customer service standards Chick Fil A is known for. I got stuck in the middle of a few school groups of rather spirited teenagers and had a rough time getting through the line. Gabbie M more than took care of me at the register, and the other workers made sure I got my meal through the sea of kids crowding the counter. All of the workers took care of ALL of their customers with a genuine smile and care, spirited kids included. Chick Fil A should be proud of the team they have working at this location.

  Order was a complete mess. Took over 15 minutes for just a spicy chicken sandwich. After receiving my order, I didn’t not get the correct condiments I requested and the sandwich was not spicy, just a plain chicken sandwich. The sandwich was over cooked and so dry, I had to peel off the sides of the chicken to just eat it. I get that they are busy, but taking care of your customers should be the priority. Waiting for over 15 minutes is pretty unsat, but getting an over-cooked and wrong sandwich, along with the wrong sauces, is even more unsat.

  I was at the Chick fillet inside National Airport. I was very please with the service that Karas (this may not be the exact spelling of his name but he knows who I am speaking of). He took his time and gave me some suggestion on what Chick fillet offered. I asked him several questions and he took his time and explained the answers. I asked him what was a great drink and what was his favorite drink.. Karas answered both without hesitation, and with confidence. What impress me the most was when I accidentally left my bank card at the register, still inserted in the pay slot. He ran and found me in the airport and gave me my card. His display of customer service was over and beyond what he needed to do. I thank him for providing outstanding customer service. Dawn
