  I ordered meatballs and got to the payment register and got charged for double meatballs. The workers don’t speak hardly any english and are rude. Instead of arguing with them j just paid it and left.

  I paid $22 for this bowl, and the portions were ridiculous. There was barely any rice in it, and when I asked for a little more, I was charged an extra $2 for another scoop. The older Hispanic woman who helped me was also rude and had a nasty attitude throughout the interaction. If you’re going to charge these prices, the portions and customer service should match. Very disappointing experience, and I definitely won’t be returning to this location.

  I decided to eat here, though I should not have. They did have great vegan options but that was about it. The service was horrendous and felt like nobody behind the counter had any idea what was going on. I was a bit concerned with how the staff seemed clueless, which would then impact if the food was kept to temperature. Against my better judgement, I still ate it and regretted it. Shortly after, I had bad stomach pains and had to keep running to the bathroom while on the plane. Now a day later, the stomach issues are progressing. If you have a stomach of steel, go for it but if you don’t, I would not recommend.

  They overcharge you beware of the pricing & the front lady (Indian I assume) gave a face making it seem that it’s inconvenient to order minutes before closing, not even 30 minutes close. Chipotle bowls are better.

  Great grab and go, we got the falafel bowl and the chicken rice bowl which were both very good
