- MMMarquise MottleyApr 19, 20261.0Came in to get a dipped cone now usually at any other Dairy Queen when i get a dipped cone i ask for extra dip on the side in a cup they charge me for it and i go on my way they proceeded to tell me thats not possible the manager is strict and wont allow it it sounds to me they need a new manager

Other than that, everything seemed fine. Service was quick and the lady was nice. The place seemed clean, so I'd eat here if they had coleslaw for my dogs.
- RLRosalyn LassiterMar 19, 20261.0What was actually bothersome about this location is the fact that they have a sign about handwashing for employees in the restroom from 2019 that suggests they wash their hands for a total of 10-15 seconds. 10 seconds is barely enough for the water to get hot which by the way, they had none in the restroom. Hopefully, there is some in the kitchen where food is being prepared. In 2020, the CDC clearly changed that to 20 seconds to effectively rid your hands of any germs or bacteria. I actually work for the health department in another county and was quite surprised and alarmed by that. That alone I won't be eating from this establishment. Our central office in Richmond may need to be notified to make sure the public remains safe.
