  MOST unprofessional Taco Bell of all time. I have had TWO incidents of terrible customer service at this location, which is extremely unfortunate given that is the only Taco Bell near me. This store does not care for customer satisfaction. The first incident of poor service, we were required to pick another item on the menu after initially ordering Nacho Fries because they did not have any left; however, we had already paid for the Nacho Fries and they do not issue refunds, which left us with no choice but to leave empty handed or pick another item we did NOT want. The second incident, we were waiting in the drive-thru for approximately 10 minutes for someone to take our order. After a while cars began to honk, as there was a long line of cars piling up behind us at this point. We drove up to the window and told them we were waiting for someone to take our order for quite some time and if it was possible if we could just place our order at the window, but we were told no and to get back in line, which is ridiculous given the line was long due to the wait. They are clearly extremely understaffed and constantly are backed up in the drive-thru at night causing poor service. I am disgustingly disappointed with the service at this location.

  The sign on the doors and behind the counter, "We do not issue refunds" at this location as well confirms that this is a company-wide policy. That we had to go back to the counter to get our order fixed will eventually show this is a losing policy; losing customers, and losing income from replacing some or all of an order. Several tables were strewn with food debris on them. The restrooms, please clean them. Why are water bottles jammed up under the sink? This place wasn't so busy that an employee couldn't have cleaned up around the restaurant. Food was good, as good as Taco Bell can be, aside from the mistake made in preparing our order.
