- KCKaleah Carideo3 days ago1.0Preordered 9 pizzas for my kids birthday, the pizzas were supposed to be delivered at 4:15, around 4:45 I tried calling Pizza Hut to inquire about the pizza. I was never able to speak with anyone, I waited on hold for over 30 mins. My husband ended up leaving our kids party to pick up the pizza. When he arrived the pizza was sitting on the counter (cold by now), delivery driver outside smoking. No explanation was given as to why the pizza wasn’t delivered, why no one answered the phone, why we weren’t notified that there would be a delay and we were still charged a delivery fee when we had to actually go pick up the pizza. Completely unacceptable I won’t be back to this location and will advise everyone I know to stay away from this Pizza Hut.

I specifically asked for a stuffed crust pizza, but the pizza I received did not have stuffed crust and it was not fully cooked. The breadsticks were almost burnt and everything tasted terrible. On top of that, they still charged me for the order I originally placed even though it was wrong. Very disappointing food quality and service.
