Had my last visit to this location last night. Been my go to since they opened. Slowly it was deteriorating; less and less toppings, taste changed, dough seemed to have changed, service declined. Last night I was there before the pizza finished so it was fresh when I got it. It tasted like two day old pizza heated in the microwave. No sauce basically cheese on crust. Looked like it was dry and brown. The service when I called to complain was disastrous. Guess we will find a new pizza location.

I recently visited Papa Johns and asked for some extra pepperoncinis with my order. Based on the pricing I had seen online, I expected the cost to be around $1. Instead, I was charged $10 for the 10 pepperoncinis, which came as a surprise. When I returned to ask about the charge and explained that I didn't want them at that price, getting a refund was more difficult than I expected. I eventually received my money back, but only after having to push for it. The whole experience felt awkward and disappointing. While the amount itself isn't a huge issue, the pricing and the way the situation was handled left a bad impression. Because of that, I don't think I'll be returning to Papa Johns in the future, simply as a matter of principle.

This location has the worst customer service ever. Today's date is april 23rd, 2026 arnd 8:30pm. We went in there seeing the good deal that was available. The customer service there was THE WORST! they basically denied us the deal. After making an order and about to pay they changed their mind and told us to reorder with three toppings that make no sense at all. And then after we started to ask questions for more explanation they basically made us leave!!! It was very humiliating we were with child as well! I cant belive this location! never been treated like this anywhere! Pls managment team take a look at the people you are hiring u just lost us as customers and i hope other people read this and get away from this location.
