  Worst service ever. I frequent this location and they have lost my order twice and the service is slow and absolutely terrible! Shameful. Only when the owner is there is anything somewhat ok. What a Joke!!

  The employees are not properly trained to perform their duties. Date: 04/19/26, Time: 10:00 AM. The cashier charged me $12.96 for a coffee; however, the receipt listed a different order—specifically, the order belonging to the customer who was standing in front of me. "Fine," I said, "then just give me that order since you’ve already charged me for it." She replied, "Well, we already handed it to the person ahead of you." She told me she had given the food away, but added, "I did put something in there that you’ll like." She gave me two apple pies and a $3 hamburger in exchange for my $12.96. Terrible service; they really need to train their employees. Of course—but the company doesn't want to spend the money.

  I come to this location every morning! But this morning was out of whack. My steak and cheese bagel no egg had the cheese frozen. I come back through drive thru and explain they remake it with the same frozen cheese. I go inside speak to the manager and she tells the line the issue, some sort of conflict happened and the lady on the like walked away. I got my sandwich and they just microwave the entire sandwich. I hope this was just a bad day because usually it’s spot on

  Went to go through the drive thru. One screen for the menu working, other was blinking. Then the order taker came on amd studdered alot with a welcome. Went to just order a dollar menu burger for my dog and a coke and he legit argued about the dollar menu. I understand that its not a dollar anymore and I told him that and said value menu and he kept going to try to prove something. Like bro, its mickey dos, calm down. Told him have a great night and drove off. Rudeeeeeeeee employees.
