  Overpriced terrible food. Waited over 30 mins when it was completely dead. Missing items. Some of the food seemed to have been sitting out for a while, was lukewarm in temperature despite picking it up right away. Would not return.

  First off the food we got had so much flavor. My boyfriend and literally talked about how good it was for the rest of the day. It is a little confusing when you first go there because it is a dining hall I guess. The kiosks are in the front where to poké is. I got the bbq chicken sandwich with fries and the Mac. My boyfriend got the spam musubi and the bbq beef saimin. The only complaint we had was the the portion sizes felt a bit small for the price. Very good though. We will be going back. Update: I don’t know who you had on your Mac today but either the measurements were off today or it got left out or something. Couldn’t finish it today. Definitely not as good as last time.

  The food that I ordered, Kalua pork and barbecue short ribs was excellent! The musubi trio isn't like Hawaii style. There was only one piece of Portuguese sausage in the musubi, one piece of the kalbi in the other one and one piece shrimp in the other. The service is slow, my brother have to go get the server, who was very slow or he didn't want to be bothered. Then we got another server who was really quick and she was better. We had three cups of water before we got our meal. At the start of our orders, my sister asked if there was Laulau, the server said there wasn't any it was sold out. And then when we asked to order to take out, another server said we have Laulau. There was a lot of disconnection.

  This is my 3rd time ordering from here and every time, food has been amazing! I’ve ordered for dine and take out and customer service was great. From the island to the mainland glad that L & L don't miss a beat serving Ono grinds!
