Not the best L&L location I’ve been to ( used to the East Bay locations near SF) but decent when you want a fix of katsu chicken and Mac salad. The whole place is like a food hall with a big bar and live DJ on weekends. I like to eat outside when it’s nice because it’s a little quieter. Great if you want a solid bite to eat with drinks and a few friends.

This is my go-to for kalua pork and for my daughter, spam musubi. I first started coming here to get loco moco, my favorite dish I enjoyed in Hawaii.
Down side is that they don't have poi, a Hawaiian staple, and staff don't know what it is. The musubi is good but we always have to order double spam because they only include a very thin slice. Rather than hand made patties, they use thin frozen patties for their loco moco.
The kalua pork is consistently good with generous servings, and good service from behind the bar usually.

The barbeque chicken consisted of blackened rubbery chicken patty slices loaded with barbeque sauce and the rice was a mush pasty ball. It was awful and too expensive. I tossed it out after a few bites.
