Even worse, there is only one computer at customer service. I literally had to mention that I was doing a review on Google before I got an apology for waiting.

It still is impressively clean and the staff is still extremely friendly. Whether it’s the pharmacy, the cashier, the shelf stockers or the people at the front desk…They all seem to enjoy working there. Today I -once again- noticed how shiny and clean the floors are, how neatly the shelves are stocked. Nearby is a brand new giant; much larger, more space for a bigger selection. I don’t care. I find everything I need in my neighborhood store. It might not be new or large, but it’s still shiny and has great employees. I read some of the 1-star reviews and must say: I have never experienced any of the grievances described.

Most people seem to be nice and it is a pleasant shopping experience. The other day I had a cashier that clearly didn't want to do his job. I was shopping with a friend and when she greeted him at the checkout he kind of scoffed. He had been playing on his phone and acted like she was interrupting him. I noticed his attitude when he bagged her eggs. I thought, "are you trying to break them?" Jayden, if you don't like your job, find another one.
