I told her cursing was over line. I ash her name and she replied "Kim" and then meanly ask me mine. 07/02/2026 about 05:20. not acceptable!! She then told me to leave if I didn't like it.

Every time we order since then, it ends up being at least 30 min past the projected pick up time. This time I’ve been sitting in the store for 45 minutes (after arriving late, assuming they were behind). Me and my wife use to work at a Papa John’s that regularly had 1000+ order days and no one here moves fast. Everyone is sluggish and casually making pizzas while telling the phone orders they are 2 hours behind. We will definitely not be ordering from them for quite a while. Corporate needs to do some training. Plus look at the poor quality of the almost $10 “cheesy” bread.

This was a pick up order and right now I have to use a walker. When I was exiting the store, I was carrying the pizza, lava cakes, a large bottle of Sprite. I had some difficulty carrying everything but an employee did manage to open the door for me. However,, I still struggled a little with my purchases while walking to my car, but was offered no assistance at all. Should’ve just gone to Vito’s.

Soon as I enter to place an order the gentlemen told the manager she wants to place an order and so do these two. This "manager" Britney very rudely tells me its going to be an hour and a half! Before I can even respond she says there are 7 other orders before you and he can't run the oven. Wow!!! This lady's attitude was uncalled for and if you want to run customers out and basically refuse to take their orders then close! So you lost my order and the two other people that were trying to order. Dominos you need to seriously do better at this location if you allow any employee to speak to customers that way.
