- NCNico Cronan6 days ago1.0i ordered online thru the app... after driving 10 mins i arrive and my food wasnt even started... they were helping everyone else and then helped someone who walked in after me and then started my sandwhich... all while i had a hungry toddler waiting... finally they get me my food and i go home and go to eat it to find theres very little siracha and no cheese or cheddar sauce... i make a complaint thru the annoying ai bot and get a defensive email as pictured where they tell me the sandwhich is fine and basically im the crazy one and its just "mixed in" and i cant tell... i order this sandwhich alot... ik what it tastes and looks like... i responded to the email and then the manager called... he wouldnt do a free sandwhich coupon or a refund, he offered a new sandwhich which i explained i wouldnt be around to get so he finally offered the $5 credit... way too much back and forth for them messin up an order.
