  The store really needs to address its daily cleanliness routines. The shelves are visibly filthy, and there is frequently mystery liquid left on the floors. If the store is short staffed, management needs to hire more team members or dedicate more hours specifically for janitorial work and deep cleaning. It's a great local spot, but the lack of maintenance is getting out of hand.

  Ordered online for the first time at this location and it was a waste of my time and a bad experience. Told me three of my items were not available. Tried to chat with the shopper who was unresponsive. Called and was transferred to Home Shoppers..., no answer. Called again and finally got though to someone who sees to not know much about anything. I drove to the Safeway to pick up my order and decided to go in and saw that the items I was told were not available were sitting on the shelves! Bought the items went back to my car, got on the app to let them know I was there to pick up my online order waited and then got my order loaded in the trunk. The manager not helpful the home shopping team said they were so busy they didn't see the items on the self because they were just doing things too fast. Picking up my online order took 48 minutes, walking through the store and scanning my on items and the going to my car yo wait for the inline items I purchased.. Pictures I took of the items they said were not available and never responded to my chat requests about substitute.

  We came here this evening to try and get flowers for a service tomorrow- google and the sign on the doors post their hours as open till 12am. it’s extremely frustrating to arrive 10:20pm for the doors to be locked when it supposed to be open until 12am

  The staff at this location is extremely useless and unprofessional. I made an order online and the person that grabbed it didn’t give me all the order what I just realized being far away from there. When I called to get a refund what I got was a ton of non educated women hanging up on me because they didn’t even know how to do their job. I asked for a refund and they said they couldn’t do it. I asked for a delivery of the order THEY MADE A MISTAKE ON and they said yes but never delivered. Like if you don’t even know how to treat a client why work with customer service? It’s ridiculous to see a ton of people being so useless and doing the worst job I’ve ever see.
