- DDDarkHedgehog1 day ago1.01 pizza, 1x 2-liter of Pepsi. Simple order that they could not get right. They sent the order to me through doordash. It had 2x 20 oz Pepsi (a touch over 1-liter). I called the store to ask them to correct the issue and they told me I had to contact doordash. I didn't order through doordash, I ordered through Pizza Hut. When I explained this to the person who was on the phone, they got belligerent. After a bit of a heated exchange the employee hung up on me.

- NKNikita KeskarMay 26, 20261.0Worst Pizza Hut ever went to order pan pizza clearly mentioned hey I need pan pizza he asked medium or large I said if you don’t have small give me medium pan pizza the guy at the counter was least interested to take order from the beginning he placed order for regular medium pizza I told him hey I just need pan pizza can you make sure it’s a small one at this point I don’t care about how much I paid just make sure I get small pan pizza the guy started telling I didn’t order pan pizza and they don’t sell pan pizza this is really frustrating why do you even sell $25 pizza to a customer saying it’s pan pizza ended up leaving the store without taking order because of rude behaviour of the employee I wasn’t even arguing about refund or money all I was asking is give me small pizza instead the employee doesn’t know customer service at all very rude behaviour and would never come back to this place.
