- SCSam CApr 29, 20261.0Ordered the my hut box with entree and side. The entree is 6pc boneless and side is 4pc boneless. I was supposed to have 10pcs of boneless chicken altogether. But my 6pc was missing 2 pieces. I took it to the cashier who stated he was the manager, he was an older guy, who hardly spoke English. He insisted that I was wrong and that it's only 4pc. When trying to show him the app and explain to him he kept cutting me off and ignoring the fact. How is he a manager and unaware of the total count of chicken pieces in the my hut box. He is so wrong and is ripping people off by not serving adequately. I just wanted my 2 pieces but he decided to argue with me and tell me I'm wrong. I asked for my money back but he was hesistant to refund me after I brought back the pizza and wings in the end they gave me the 2 missing pieces of chicken. He is not customer service oriented and lacks proper management skills. I had been coming here for 5 yrs. But today is my last time. I will never visit this pizza hut location again.

Half of my wait time was me waiting on an online order that they knew wasn’t in the system but just watched me sit there alone in the store waiting for it until i came to ask. Just straight up a waste of time manager lookin like a CoD PDF nobody wearing aprons or washing hands
