So I asked them to cancel the previous transactions and redo the online deal. However, the staff told me that their system was unable to cancel the transaction. This is an outage response. I contacted HQ, and the marketing VP expressed concern and said they would process my refund. In addition, I received a call from the store manager, and he said that he would process the refund and that it would take a few days. However, it has been one month, and I haven't seen any refund. They are not honest person. They do not meet the customer's needs. It appears that they do not care about customers. I do not recommend this store. Don't go. This site needs major changes in how employees treat customers and improved skills to prepare order items.

I have no idea what issues this place was having that they couldn't even make a simple box of chicken parmesan bites?? I ended up never getting my order and im beyond dissapointed. will not be trusting this specific place for reliable service (each photos from separate drivers within that hour)
