  I had a terrible experience at the Papa John’s on Richmond Hwy today around 9:40 PM. I went in to buy a bottle of water and paid using Apple Pay. My phone clearly showed that the payment was approved, but the employee working at the front immediately refused to believe me. Instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally or checking what happened, he was rude, dismissive, and disrespectful throughout the interaction. He spoke to me with an attitude and acted as if I was being dishonest, even after I showed him the approved payment on my phone. Customer service should never make customers feel embarrassed or disrespected. This employee’s behavior reflected very poorly on the restaurant. If this is how customers are treated over something as simple as a payment issue, I definitely cannot recommend this location. Management should seriously address how customers are treated because this experience was completely unacceptable.

  Scheduled a pizza delivery for my daughter's birthday party for 1:30pm on a Saturday ahead of time because I was worried about it arriving too early or too late. I kept checking the tracker online and it said my order didn't exist but orders scheduled don't show up until shortly before the delivery time. At 1pm the order still isn't in the tracker so I call the store twice and nobody answers so I drive to the store and it is completely closed. No one is there so I have to figure out last minute party food for 20 six-year-olds. I got an email at 2:30 that my order was cancelled but no other communication from the store.

  If you order ahead and pickup, you’ll find some of the nicest people in the pizza business cooking your pizza happiness. Located right to chuck e cheese, the team out performs - forget the delivery experience, go to the source and be surprised how professional this team really is.

  I literally ordered two pizzas with bacon, not Canadian bacon. And they gave me Canadian bacon anyway, which i don't like. On the 2nd pizza, the Canadian bacon topping was very sparse. Just order from an authentic pizzeria, and avoid this place. Disappointed.
