  We had the burger and bone in aged NY strip steak. Both were amazing. The smoky flavor of the steak was on point making the dipping sauces unnecessary. The creamy corn came with a nice layer of cheese on top. Jessica R was our waitress and her recommendations made our experience perfect.

  I went there yesterday for my birthday and it was amazing. A bit overpriced in my opinion, but the food was absolutely magnificent. The reviews saying the food was bland surprised me because I love cooking and I cook with a lot of flavor and seasoning, and this food was definitely up to par for me. The service was outstanding and the patio was a pleasant place to eat. The only thing I will say is, the tables for two are rather small and the food is very, very pricey. But it was overall a great experience.

  From the moment we walked through the front door until the time we left, the service was absolutely outstanding. We were welcomed by the hostess and the manager personally greeted us at the front. He even made sure a table was prepared for us right away, which immediately made us feel valued and appreciated. Throughout our visit, our waitress was very attentive, friendly, and genuinely engaging, making sure every detail of our dining experience was perfect. To top it all off, the chef came out to greet us personally, adding a thoughtful touch that made the experience even more special. The food was absolutely phenomenal! Every dish was beautifully presented, perfectly prepared, and bursting with incredible flavor. You could truly taste the care and passion that went into every bite. The mocktails were just as impressive—refreshing, beautifully crafted, and the perfect compliment to an already amazing meal. I personally recommend the Oak Burger and the Beauty and the Basil mocktail! What truly sets this restaurant apart is its exceptional hospitality. Every member of the team—from the hostess and manager to the waitress and chef—shared such warm, welcoming personalities and made us feel like honored guests from beginning to end. It's rare to find a restaurant where both the service and the food exceed expectations, but this place delivered on every level. This wasn't just a meal; it was a memorable experience, and I can't wait to come back!! Highly recommend—an easy five stars! Thank you all for such an incredible experience! I wish I had asked for the manager's name before we left because he truly deserves recognition for the warm welcome and for making sure our table was ready as soon as we arrived. A special thank you to our amazing waitress, Alison, for her outstanding service and beautiful personality, and to Chef Phil for creating such an unforgettable meal. We can't wait to come back!

  Wonderful experience. Wait staff Alison was terrific. The hostess and both the AGM and Manager spent time with us. I have in the past had a hard time getting a black and blue steak done right. My NY strip was done to perfection. The sides we ordered were done right. The wine selection is a good one. They have a great looking Bar/ raw bar.

  Absolutely incredible experience. PERFECTLY prepared steak. Absolutely delicious preparation. Great cuts of meat. Delicious sides. Amazing desserts. Beautiful atmosphere. Best steakhouse in northern Virginia, hands down. We all loved it and each of us ordered something different. Definitely coming back.
