    I’m very disappointed today I go through the drive thru order something small a hash brown and a sweet tea. I get my tea and am told to park for a hash brown. Waited 6mins for a hash brown decided to walk in instead. Asked for a refund and was told it takes 4 mins for the hash brown. You know an apology goes a long way talking about the manger here. Also how about communication between the people preparing and person taking the orders. Give the customer the option to wait or not by letting them know at the drive thru speaker. Anyway manger gave me a refund and that’s that. I’ve had several issues with them in the past on the wait time for small things. That could be given at the window. I like the morning team but I wish they were more efficient and organized. We don’t all have time to wait.

    Very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. I waited over 20 minutes in the drive-thru after placing my order. When I finally reached the pickup window, the staff told me they could not find my order and that I would have to come back and order again. What made the situation even worse was the staff’s attitude. They were rude, dismissive, and showed very little concern for the inconvenience they caused. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have experienced poor customer service at this location. The employees often seem careless and unwilling to help customers. After wasting more than 20 minutes, I left frustrated and without my food. This location needs major improvements in both customer service and order management.

    I placed a table order through the app and waited inside for about 30 minutes. When I finally went to ask about my food, an employee handed it to me and it was obvious it had been sitting for quite a while and was cold. When I asked if it had been sitting there, the employee immediately blamed me and said I should have come up to get it. That makes no sense when the order was placed as a table order. If employees are just going to leave table orders behind the counter, why offer that option in the app at all? What made the situation worse was that after I brought it up, she rudely walked off and went to the drive through area, while some of the other crew members just stood there looking at me instead of helping. Thankfully, the manager stepped in and quickly had fresh food made, and I appreciate that. The manager and cleaning staff were the only bright spots during my visit. Unfortunately, right after my experience, another customer was at the counter complaining about how bad her experience was and seemed to have been met with a similiar response. Based on this visit, there seems to be a customer service problem at this location. I’ll be driving to the other location in the future. If some of the crew spent less time standing around talking, and more time helping customers, the restaurant would probably run much more smoothly.

    Absolutly ZERO control of lobby. Homeless people loiter for hours and management says nothing while they REPEATEDLY beg for food and money from paying customers. I was hit up 4 times in one hour! DISGRACEFUL. HOW CAN MCDONALDS LET THEIR TRADMARK BE TARNISHED LIKE THIS? Solutions: 1. Get security gaurd. Spend some money like other Mcdonalds d9. 2. Call police to get them barred from that location...once they return.....THEY GET ARRESTTED. Maybe that will get their enough to get treatment and character training, or NOT but ar least the paying cutomers will be left in peace!!!

    This location is downright unsafe. There are always people loitering in the drive through lines asking for money and cigarettes, or knocking on your window. This gets really dicey when you're blocked in by cars. Where are you going to go when someone decides to stop asking for money and start taking it? I'm done.
