Every bite lived up to the hype. A special shoutout to Alyssa and Gerber for their outstanding customer service. They were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. It’s rare to come across a team that genuinely cares about the customer experience. Great food, great service, and a great atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending Hangry Joe’s to friends and family!

- PPpokesk15Jun 3, 20261.0In Alexandria Va there are 2-3 locations of hangry joes.. I started going to the one on van dorn and 4 times straight they have messed my order up.. I also noticed the lady is never at the front where the cash register is and people always come in waiting and waiting to be seen.. the last time I ordered 18 wings hot with barbecue on side and they put barbecue on the wings.. when I brought it up they took in back and gave me what looked like the same wings, but looked like they brushed the sauce off the wings and gave them back.. I don’t know, all I know is they were still sweet.. after the 3rd time they messed up I just started going to the location on little river turnpike.. I wouldn’t even have gone to this location again, I just didn’t realize I accidentally switched locations when I placed the order.. I also don’t like how when you pay they flip a screen in your face that asks for a tip.. you guys don’t get the tip when it’s being door dashed so why would I pay you when I pick it up.. I feel like they purposely mess the order up when you don’t tip but it’s whatever
