  Extremely disappointing pickup and customer service experience. I scheduled a pickup for Tuesday consisting of two canisters of cat litter and Delectables cat treats—nothing perishable. I wasn't able to make it that day. The store had already called me regarding substitutions, but at no point did anyone tell me that I had to pick the order up that day, that the items would be put back, or what would happen to my payment if I couldn't make it. By Thursday, my order had been put back, but I still had not received a refund or any written confirmation that one had even been initiated. To make matters more confusing, Giant sent me a survey asking how my "completed" order went even though I never received it. When I called the store for help, I spoke with Edna. I wasn't demanding that the money magically appear in my account immediately...I simply wanted some kind of paper trail confirming that a refund had actually been initiated. Instead, Edna was extremely short and dismissive, repeatedly telling me I would get a refund while refusing to provide any confirmation. She ultimately hung up on me. Since I couldn't get an answer over the phone, I physically went to the store. Even then, no progress was made. I left without the items, without the refund, and without documentation showing that a refund was actually processing. I fully acknowledge that I missed my scheduled pickup. But this was a small, entirely nonperishable order. Had someone simply told me during Tuesday's call that the order would be put back that day, I could have made other arrangements. I've been a longtime Giant customer, and having to call and then physically come into the store just to try to find out what happened to my money.. only to be treated dismissively and leave without an answer...was incredibly frustrating and humiliating.

  As a frequent buyer from this grocery store, I am heavily disappointed with the things I have noticed in the past couple of months. One employee smelled strongly of alcohol, and while I was getting my groceries and I have witnessed younger employees struggling and being constantly berated by the store’s manager while the older employees were shown favoritism and have been caught not doing their jobs and instead laughing with the manager. On the topic of the management, I have also noticed that calls directed towards the manager (ex: when calling to report alcohol usage among employees) tend to not be answered and the issues will not be addressed. Either nobody answers the calls, the manager never picks up when the call is transferred to them, or nothing is done about the situation. Until these issues begin to change I will not be going back anytime soon.

  Easy parking for the area. Fairly good selection, but kind of a weird store for a modern grocery store in my opinion. Prices are decent, but not not outstanding.

  For some reason, this particular location does not do well with fresh fish and meat. I ordered through DoorDash yesterday, tonight I decided to cook my salmon. I opened the salmon. It was rotten. I took the salmon back to the store location. The manager was very nice and helped me exchange the fish. I returned home to continue cooking just to open up a bag of garlic that was completely moldy this is unacceptable. It doesn’t make any sense. I probably will not return to this store because I just can’t trust that they are clearing their foods appropriately.
