  I am writing to highly commend Gill for his outstanding customer service. I have been shopping at this store for years, and I have never had an employee go out of their way to help me the way he did. During a recent visit, I was visibly lost trying to find a specific item. Even though Gill was busy managing the self-checkout lanes, he noticed me looking around. He efficiently took care of the customers upfront, and the moment there was a brief lull in traffic, he actually came out into the store to find me. He wanted to ensure I hadn't left empty-handed and immediately directed me straight to the exact item I needed. Gill is an incredibly hard-working and dedicated employee. His proactive attitude, sharp situational awareness, and genuine care for shoppers set a massive example for what excellent customer service looks like. He turned what could have been a frustrating shopping trip into a fantastic experience. Management, please give Gill the recognition he deserves! He is a true asset to your team.

  This giant is very nice. I go here very often. Very nice employees and their salads are very good.

  I come here every morning to get my bagels and French bread for breakfast ect. at 6am, but now everytime I come nothing is there and its so disappointing to have to walk out because what has been there for years is now not there, so I have to go take my business elsewhere to Safeway. I hope they change!

  See a good price on beef rib roast with digital coupon limit two packages each account. My friend and I decided to buy them this morning. I got two and she had two. Unfortunately, All the packages had no bar codes to scan.Staffs came but could not help.One lady called amiddle east man( I guessed he is a supervisor or assistant manager).He got a solution quickly but when he saw we bought meat with good prices.He became so rude.He told us he just "allowed" one package for each of us.I thought he did not know digital coupon limit two for each.I tried to explain to him but he did not care what I said. He repeated and repeated that we were only allowed to buy one by him. We were so surprised because of his unprofessional service. However, some staffs were very helpful and friendly.They tried their best.One of them is Alicia. Without kindness of these ladies, that man ruined my day.
