- APAvery PierceJul 10, 20261.0Very disrespectful and out of order. I was doing Grub Hub and it was my first time at this location. Walked in and my customers name was at the front of the pick up shelf. As I pull out my phone to take a picture of it a very rude Hispanic lady that barely spoke English grabbed it and said "this is not for you, this is door dash." I literally have a hot bag in my hand standing there. I replied " that is my order" while showing her the name on the screen. She replied " this is not for you, this is door dash" just as loud as the first time in a busy store at prime hours. I replied loudly "actually its a grub hub and it is mine" she then while staring back and forth between me and the order in her hand starts speaking to another associate and says "thats is not for mobile order" because they placed the order in the wrong section and the delivery orders are to be kept in the back. The order was handed to another associate to place in a sealed bag with drinks that were still being prepared. I stepped behind their customers to wait and maintain my professionalism. Partially happy because all of their customers could see that she yelled at me for a mistake they made acting as if I was over stepping. Only for them to see they weren't running things properly. If she could tell that it was supposed to be in another place because i was a delivery driver, why yell at me and act as if its my fault for putting it there? It is two days later and the thought of the disrespect still lingers especially after seeing their customers looked at me with pity for being spoken to like that. It was my second day with Grub hub and my first ever entering that location as I order from one's closer to where I frequent on North kings and van dorn. I don't think im ever eating or buying drinks from Dunkin doughnuts ever again in life because of their bad hiring practices. YES, solely based off of this location and this one experience. That's better than going back in there and cursing that women out risking getting in trouble. I will also be looking into who the district and regional managers are based on these other comments I've read. This seems to be the typical experience for half of their customers.
