Zay was amazing as soon as I walked through the door he acknowledged me and greeted me very pleasantly. when I asked him about a certain recommendation or ideas on modifications for a drink. He was very informative and very helpful. He had a customer come through the drive-through and still made sure to acknowledged me and let me know he will be back with me shortly, along with the amazing drink that he made me. I wasn’t ignored in hopes that I would go away because they didn’t want to be there and that is usually what I’m used to as of recent and this morning Zay made my experience very memorable with the Customer service at this level he gave and It’s very hard to find these days. You are very lucky to have this young man as an employee and he is definitely deserving of a raise or promotion. Great job Zay and thank you so much for your help and wonderful service. I will definitely be returning.!

I’m a dedicated Dunkin drinker and have been to countless locations, but this specific store is my absolute go-to most mornings because of the team here. Zay is always so friendly and genuinely helpful. I actually had a minor issue here recently, but when I brought it to his attention, he truly listened and took care of it. That kind of accountability is rare and means a lot to a regular customer. Overall, I'm very happy with this location!
