The service is mostly just okay. The staff aren't typically rude but sometimes they don't get my drink order right and they customer service is just not sparkling. Today I was greeted by a young man named Caesar at the Dunkin Donuts off Richmond Highway (one of the newest ones in the area). He said he started working for DD a month ago. He greeted me with the most pleasant energy that was unusual for most of my visits to Dunkin donuts. I know it's sad to say that but I think good customer service, kind words, and a helpful tone are not to be underestimated. And he provided all of those. I bought a set of 50 munchkins for my office and a coffee this morning and I really appreciated the greeting that I received from that young man. He might need to teach a class. 😊 I didn't even mind the fact that they forgot my cold phone that I paid $0.75 extra for. Like I said, they get the drink order wrong often. But today the customer service made up for it. I guess I didn't need that cold foam. Lol

I had a terrible experience with the shift supervisor at my local store—extremely rude, dismissive, and made constant sarcastic comments when I politely asked if my order had gone through. After waiting over 15 minutes, they handed me the completely wrong food. When I brought it to their attention, they refused to fix it or give a refund and told me to just take up a ticket online. Horrible attitude and zero accountability." All staff is the same. Even they don't know how to handle customer. I don't think the house has an owners. I left because I was insulted.
