- MLMehdi Larijani6 days ago1.0** READ BEFORE YOU ORDER** Worst staff. Worst delivery, nightmare. The driver were supposed to deliver food to 5760 dow ave contompa Nova building. He contacted and ask me who had disability to go down stair get the food. The driver lied that he needed the building code and there was no parking spot since our community do not need any code for food delivery or any sorta delivery. I have been with domino over 10 years and made mistake picking up the location. This location are the worst you ever may order.
- SBSteve BanksMay 13, 20261.0I’ve ordered hundreds of Dominos pizzas from many different locations through the years. I’ve never encountered one as consistently bad as this one. I gave them another chance tonight, after over a year, hoping they had resolved their issues at this restaurant. No such luck. The web tracker said it was delivered when I still didn’t have my food. I called the restaurant. They said the tracker was a glitch, and the driver would arrive in 5-10 minutes. Almost a half hour later (some 40 minutes after my pizza came out of the oven, per the tracker) the driver arrived with my quite cold, hard, terrible pizza. I’ve almost never in my life not enjoyed eating pizza. As the old Seinfeld joke put it, even when it’s bad, it’s still pretty good. Nope. Not this time. Terrible! I moved to the neighborhood about two years ago, and tried ordering from this local Dominos a few times over a few months. Every time it took over an hour to deliver a pizza that came out of the oven just a few minutes after I placed the order. Cold and desiccated. Each time involved calls to the restaurant to find out what’s up, with rude and dishonest replies. Never again from THIS Domino’s. Corporate should shut it down. So bad.
