Unfortunately, he didn’t check the boxes at the store, and when he got home we realized the entire order was wrong. I ordered 1 large extra cheese pizza and 1 pepperoni pizza, but instead we received jalapeño and Hawaiian pizzas, which my kids do not eat. This completely ruined my kids’ dinner, which was very upsetting. On top of that, the pizza was cold, which makes it seem like it had been sitting out for a while. We don’t live far at all, so there’s no reason it should have been cold. I called the store at 8:28 PM to explain the issue. When they answered, there was no greeting, and I was immediately told, “We’re closed,” and the employee rushed me. This was confusing because the store hours state that this location closes at 12 AM. I explained that the order was incorrect and cold. She did briefly offer store credit, but the interaction was very rude. She said there was nothing else she could do because they were “closed” and then hung up on me. Mistakes happen, and I appreciate that credit was offered, but the poor customer service and lack of professionalism were unacceptable. This experience ruined our dinner and makes me think twice about ordering from this location again.

The first time the manager Linda has the audacity to say because they were busy my order was made, but was thrown out because of it. This dominos is complete trash don’t bother ordering from this store
