- IHIan Hall3 days ago2.0The second star is out of pity... ordered three sundaes with fudge, received three sundaes with Hershey's chocolate syrup. Asked for replacements and heard the gentleman in the back who had made the sundaes explaining to his colleague that we had asked for fudge...not hot fudge. 🥴 Fudge is fudge, thick and viscous and generally hot. Syrup is syrup, thin and room temperature. Kinda tricky to get mixed up about this. His colleague angrily threw them in the trash and started making new sundaes with fudge. I politely clarified to the guy who had made the sundaes the differences between the two toppings as the woman who made the replacement wordlessly thudded them into the counter while giving me a dirty look. Less than stellar...
