Founded in July 2013, The Crab Cab Food Truck is a 5 Star mobile "restaurant" on wheels. But, we are affordable! We use the freshest ingredients to create delectable soups, and sumptuous "finger-licking" crab cakes. But the menu doesn't stop there! We also offer succulent hickory smoked salmon. It literally melts in your mouth. Don't believe us? Just make sure when you see our signature yellow and black checkerboard logo with Mr. Crabby on it with his shades on that you hail us to stop like a New York City Cab. You will be glad that you did.
