- BMBilly McConnellAug 14, 20261.0They didn’t have any queso or steak at 3pm on a Friday. I purchased queso and after I made the transaction the worker told me they didn’t have any and she couldn’t do a refund. Horrible
- ACAndrea CarbajalJul 25, 20261.0Bad customer service...it's like they're forced to be there.
- BPBrooke ParkerJul 10, 20261.0Worst customer service, ordered food from website. Order was wrong, I called and two woman passed the phone back and forth and said they couldn’t help me.
- ZSZach SavageApr 12, 20261.0Terrible service everytime I go there. Had a lady tell me it’s too late to ask for extra lettuce lol and today lady at the registered ignored me charged me for an extra chips but didn’t put in the bag. Terrible customer service
- FRFernando RiveraNov 11, 20245.0Unlike the rest of the reviews here, I really like the portions and food at this location. Before this opened, I drive to Kingstowne and the other Richmond highway location but was never satisfied. I want to send a message to the current manager and staff, do not change the portions, and keep cooking it the same way! Only thing I would improve is the quality of the chips, they are stale. Do not be like the other locations !
