The restaurant was very, very clean, and the food was delicious. While I dined in, I saw the restaurant employees taking pride and care in cleaning tables and the floor around them in between guests. My companion remarked how clean the grill was.

Everyone had the ugliest non welcoming face. but the cashier took the bad service to a whole new, unacceptable level. She was outrageously rude, aggressively hostile, and acted like giving basic customer service was a punishment. When I politely asked for a water cup, instead of handing it to me like a normal human being, she threw it directly into my bag, right on top of my food, making a loud scene. It was completely disrespectful, humiliating, and wildly unprofessional. If you hate your job that much, STAY HOME. Do not come to work and project your miserable mood onto paying customers who are funding your paycheck. We work hard for our money, and spending it to be treated like trash is ridiculous. This store is a total disaster, the staff is a joke, and management clearly does not care. I will NEVER set foot in this location again, and I strongly advise everyone else to save their money and go literally anywhere else. Absolutely pathetic

I came in today with my husband and my 10-year-old son, who has cancer and loves Chipotle. This was supposed to be a nice family lunch, but the cashier completely ruined it.While we were still choosing our drinks, the cashier abruptly shouted out our total and tried to rush us out before our order was even finished. When I told my husband we weren't ready, the cashier took offense to my response. She started making rude facial expressions, smirking, and mocking us. After that, she was entirely dismissive and refused to speak, only nodding aggressively when I asked if my rewards went through.A kind coworker next to her helped us get a bag and told me the cashier's name was Tracy (though our receipt lists the host as Yensi). We spent nearly $50 here, and as paying customers, we deserve basic patience and respect—not to be rushed and mocked.Management needs to address this immediately.
