  Extremely disappointed with the customer service and lack of employee training at this location. I came in today with my husband and my 10-year-old son, who has cancer and loves Chipotle. This was supposed to be a nice family lunch, but the cashier completely ruined it.While we were still choosing our drinks, the cashier abruptly shouted out our total and tried to rush us out before our order was even finished. When I told my husband we weren't ready, the cashier took offense to my response. She started making rude facial expressions, smirking, and mocking us. After that, she was entirely dismissive and refused to speak, only nodding aggressively when I asked if my rewards went through.A kind coworker next to her helped us get a bag and told me the cashier's name was Tracy (though our receipt lists the host as Yensi). We spent nearly $50 here, and as paying customers, we deserve basic patience and respect—not to be rushed and mocked.Management needs to address this immediately.   I came here today, 6/17/26, at 1:45pm. There was a problem and I asked to speak to a manager, the cashier told me the manager doesn't speak English ?

  I've eaten at somewhere between 20-30 different Chipotle locations over the last decade. I don't come back because it's the best food in any category, or because it's cheap, but because it's always consistent. This is, by far, bar none, the most disgusting Chipotle I have ever had. The red chili salsa, normally an unmistakably good, and consistent flavor, was rancid, watered down, garbage. The chips were so stale that the lime-salt had conjealed into clumps, stuck to the chips like glue. The chicken was soft like water butter, with no flavor. It tasted like someone grilled it up, let it sit in a fridge for two nights, then took it out an boiled it. The guacamole was brown and tasted of rotten vegetables. A sitting healthcode violation, and should be shut down. I am filing a report with HQ, the Virginia health department, and so help me, god himself, as a crime against humanity. How do you screw up those badly?

  this chipotle is AWFUL! the workers are lazy, they give the smallest portions i’ve ever seen, and are so passive aggressive it’s insane. they do not care at ALL when customers walk in or are standing around waiting, they don’t even ACKNOWLEDGE YOU! they talk with their friends and coworkers, laugh at what they’re saying and just keep doing whatever they’re doing whether it’s slacking off or some unimportant task. this is by far the worst chipotle i’ve ever been to. the workers are brats. every other chipotle establishment i’ve been to is kind, attentive, and responsive as well as giving the correct and GOOD sized portions of their food for orders. these people don’t even fill up the spoon???? they are so rude and unprofessional as well. this place is absolute trash and needs new employees and management because clearly this isn’t working.
