  This is the only Chipotle I’ve been to that undercooked the rice. How do you even do that? It’s the base of almost every item served!

  Never in my life have I had a worse experience at chipotle. The food is fine, it is a bit spicy compared to other Chipotles. The service however is HORRENDOUS. Waiting on a mobile order, I processed to have to wait 20 minutes additionally to the 30 minutes waiting ahead of time. Orders were not started until they asked your name on 8 different occasions. Worst experience ever at a Chipotle.

  Hello, I am writing to file a complaint regarding an experience I recently had at your Chipotle location at 3425 Richmond Hwy, Alexandria, VA 22305. While ordering, I asked for chicken on my bowl. The portion I received seemed unusually small, so I politely asked if I could have a little more. Instead of adding a reasonable amount, the employee looked at me and added only two small pieces of chicken. I thought there may have been a misunderstanding, so I clarified that I was simply asking for a little more because the original portion was very small. The employee then told me that if I wanted more, I would need to speak with a manager. I replied that I would like to speak with the manager. What frustrated me most was what happened next. The manager never addressed me directly. Instead, she spoke to the employee from farther down the line and never made any effort to speak with me or understand my concern as the customer. The employee then added what appeared to be only two more pieces of chicken. At that point, the issue was no longer about the chicken itself. It was about how the situation was handled. When I reached the end of the line, I asked if she was the manager. She confirmed that she was, but still did not make any real effort to engage with me regarding my concern. I explained that what bothered me most was the fact that when I specifically requested to speak with a manager, she never actually spoke to me. Instead, she chose to communicate only with her employee and dismiss the situation without hearing me out. I understand that portion sizes and company policies exist, and if there was a reason I could not receive additional chicken, that could have been explained to me directly. What I do not understand is why a manager would refuse to have a conversation with a customer who asked to speak with them. The lack of communication, professionalism, and basic customer service was disappointing. I have been a Chipotle customer for years, and this was one of the most frustrating experiences I have had at one of your restaurants. I would appreciate this matter being reviewed, as no customer should feel ignored when trying to address a concern respectfully.

  I went to Chipotle in the evening after my workout, and I was the only person in line so I thought it would be an easy in and out. However, it took about 10-15 minutes to pay. This was mainly due to no one being available at the register, although there were at least 6 people working. The girl at the register was just standing there looking down for about 3 minutes, so I greeted her. After she acknowledged me, she left to go to the back with no explanation. At this point, my quesadilla was ready, and it was sitting on the counter for about 10 minutes. The line behind me was starting to get long, and the person behind me had their food sitting on the counter as well. There was no explanation on why the girl left the register. On top of that, I barely had steak and cheese in my quesadilla.. would recommend driving to another Chipotle
