- MPMayra Pagoada3 days ago1.0Terrible experience. We waited almost an hour for our food while several employees were standing around talking instead of getting orders out. Multiple customers got tired of waiting and left. Really disappointing service and definitely not what you expect from Chipotle.
- MCMark Aurelius-Ross Cooper3 days ago1.0Incredibly slow service at peak hours; online order came out twenty minutes late. I’d drive further into Alexandria before I’d come back here again.
- VVVernell6 days ago2.0I have been here 3 times on my 30 minute lunch breaks. They are very slow , even with 1 or two people in front of me. Will see several employees, a bunch of side conversations, a line low on food. I ordered a quesadilla with chicken and they went away to make it. Only for me to open my tray and see it filled with 70% unmelted cheese. I noticed they were low on chicken on the line so he went to what appeared to be the online order section and made it over there. I was very disappointed to get an unmelted quesadilla with barely any meat and cold chease. Overall the team here has no sense of urgency. They lack customer service and don't keep the food line prepped with items. AND THEN! I slipped and almost feelll exiting because there is a bad leak co my ing from the ceiling. There was no wet floor sign. The floor was flooded.
- SJSam JacksonSep 18, 20265.0Food is good & the food is always fresh. I like going here to get a steak bowl because the meats here are well seasoned. Service is usually fast and when it gets busy, staff calls for more help which helps the speed of the line. I do realized ever since they added more employees, this chipotle location gotten better and smoother.
- ZAZahra AlshimarySep 10, 20261.0i really hate leaving negative reviews bc i understand how stressful a busy restaurant can be however, what I dont like is lack of efficiency with no empathy towards people. tonight, i put an order in, it says its ready on my app, and i end up waiting thirty minutes for my food. busy- cool, im not an asshole. but what really wasnt cool was the fact that there was a line of mobile orders, and no one would ask who was who and would just stay in the back letting the line get longer. even when they do call your name, they do it quickly and then go right back to the back, so you cant even grab you food for another five minutes.
