Chipotle corporate provided no apology or relief, or goodwill discount on the reorder - required me to order an additional order on top of my order to get any type of relief - and required me to reorder myself. Shame on Chipotle.

Every single time there are several workers sitting down at the tables and eating while the line of around 10-15 people wait for one worker to make their order. Super frustrating to wait 15-20 minutes for one person to help everyone in line. You’d think lunch time would be the time when everyone is pitching in to help, but the girls act lazy and unenthusiastic. On the bright side though, their forks are awesome.

No urgency from the cashier who avoids any and all contact, to the lifeless people putting on toppings and wrapping the burritos. Not to mention the honey chipotle chicken is ALWAYS out and there's a wait to have it replenished. Poorly trained and lethargic kids running this place, but it's in a good location with not too many fast casual alternatives so I'm not sure what incentive they have to change a thing.
