  I arrived right around opening time and ordered two chicken rice bowls. Maybe it was just because it was early in the morning, but the chicken was a little dry and could have used more flavor. The bowls were filling, but I was hoping for a bit more seasoning. I may give it another try at a busier time.

  It’s 10 in the morning; I came to this place, and the manager served us with a bad attitude. The portions were small, and there was no plate for my quesadilla. I do not recommend this place.

  This was easily the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Chipotle, and I’ve been a loyal customer for years. When I arrived at the restaurant in Alexandria, VA on Richmond Highway, I was immediately approached by a person outside the entrance asking for money. This person has been there awkwardly and aggressively begging on every visit. Unfortunately, things only got worse from there. I had placed an order for delivery, but several items were missing. Rather than simply complain through the app, I went to the restaurant myself to try to get the missing items. The delivery bag had arrived sealed, yet the staff told me the missing items were “my problem” and suggested that the delivery driver must have stolen them. What was especially frustrating was the staff’s attitude. They insisted it was impossible that they had forgotten to put the items in the bag because they “never make mistakes like that.” Instead of checking the order or trying to resolve the problem, they were dismissive and rude. I then asked to speak with the manager. He refused to speak with me about the missing items and said he was too busy. Mistakes happen. Forgetting an item would not have prompted me to leave a one-star review. Refusing to take any responsibility, blaming the delivery driver despite the bag being sealed, treating a customer rudely, and having a manager refuse to even discuss the issue absolutely does. After years of being a Chipotle customer, I can confidently say this is the worst Chipotle location I have ever visited. I will not return to this location. I would recommend avoiding this location as well. I contacted customer service to make them aware of this awful location.
