  Where do I begin to shine a light on the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time. I went to grab a late night bowl from my local Chipotle. I went through the line only to be serviced by a young lady who was very unhappy about being there. She made zero eye contact with me and mumbled as she asked me what I wanted on my bowl. Ahead of me, she serviced a couple who maybe ordered incorrectly initially, but apologized profusely, to which she did not respond. I had secondhand embarrassment for all parties involved. Awkward! The young gal had attitude from the very beginning with them AND me! Next at checkout, the young man was equally unhappy about being there. I paid with cash and he slid the silver jar ahead of me, as if to remind me that a tip opportunity existed, before giving me my change. The assumption there was that I was going to leave him my change. Absolutely not. Please work on your attitude and then I will gladly tip you bc I understand that restaurant work is grueling. Bad Bunny was playing at all volume in the kitchen. The one redeeming team member was the one who prepared the base of my bowl. Thank you for being the only soul with customer service skills. You deserve to be manager based on tonight’s experience. P.S. The guy who checked me out, nearly ran into me as I did in about face to get my fork. He didn’t acknowledge the almost-crash. That’s when I turned around and grabbed a business card from the register area. No, sir. This cannot go without saying.

  I had the smallest porting of a bowl in Chipotle , the server was serving little, food was good as usual.

  My past two trips they skimp on everything. I ask for corn and they give me 12 kernels. No longer a full scoop of chicken, more like half a scoop. I don't blame the employees, whoever trained them is ruining the business. I shouldn't have to beg for toppings.

  I’m giving this Chipotle 3 out of 5 stars, and I want to explain why. First, the positives. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided excellent service from start to finish. The food was fresh and tasted great. The restaurant itself was also very clean, especially the dining area and the bathroom, which was noticeably cleaner than most other Chipotle locations I’ve visited. The reason for the 3-star rating has nothing to do with the employees. They did a fantastic job. My issue is with Chipotle’s corporate pricing. My wife and I ordered two bowls with all the toppings, one bag of chips, and two fountain drinks, and the total came to almost $50. While I understand that prices have gone up over the years, that’s simply too expensive for what is essentially a fast-casual meal. The staff and this location deserve praise, but Chipotle as a company needs to take a serious look at its pricing. It’s becoming difficult to justify eating here as often as we used to.
