  I’m giving this Chipotle 3 out of 5 stars, and I want to explain why. First, the positives. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided excellent service from start to finish. The food was fresh and tasted great. The restaurant itself was also very clean, especially the dining area and the bathroom, which was noticeably cleaner than most other Chipotle locations I’ve visited. The reason for the 3-star rating has nothing to do with the employees. They did a fantastic job. My issue is with Chipotle’s corporate pricing. My wife and I ordered two bowls with all the toppings, one bag of chips, and two fountain drinks, and the total came to almost $50. While I understand that prices have gone up over the years, that’s simply too expensive for what is essentially a fast-casual meal. The staff and this location deserve praise, but Chipotle as a company needs to take a serious look at its pricing. It’s becoming difficult to justify eating here as often as we used to.

  This review is specific to May 27, 2026, maybe about 8:40 something pm. The young lady servicing the front line provided HORRIBLE SERVICE. To start I didn’t feel welcomed although I was coming to spend my money. I was greeted with a look on her face as if she was upset that I was there. I asked to sample the brown rice to avoid calling customer service later because I’ve often experienced receiving undercooked brown rice (not just at the location). She acted as if she did not understand what I was saying.but also appeared bothered and upset. I then asked if there was any fresh sofitas and she told me no. The sofitas that was there, it was very little, it was dried out and appeared as if it had been there awhile. I mentioned to her that they were closing until over another hour and I asked if they were going to prepare more sofitas and was told no for that too. A gentleman who also works there, brought me some fresh sofitas from the back. Because of her attitude, I decided not to spend my money on purchasing food. I asked her name and she said “why?” I told her that I was going to report her. I then asked if she was refusing to give me her name and she said, “I don’t have a name.” I asked for the manager on duty. A lady by name of Maria came to the front and told me that she was the manager. I told her about my experience and she said that she’d have a discussion with the young lady. I asked the manager for the young lady’s name and the manager told me that because the young lady refused to give me her name, that she could not give me her either. UNBELIEVABLE!! What type of service is this!!!! The manager Maria told me to just report that it was the lady working frontline night shift on this day. 🤦🏾‍♀️ That young lady whose name I do not know, should not be working servicing customers because her service was HORRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and should be UNACCEPTABLE! 5/27/26 around 8:40 ish pm
