We had to clean our table off. And the chips were stale, we took them back up and they gave us another stale bag of chips. Then acted like we were robbing them when we asked for a refund on them. I ordered a salad bowl, and instead of getting more of the proper salad lettuce when they ran low, the employee simply gave me shredded iceberg lettuce. I also paid for extra steak and received literally about three additional pieces of meat. For a bowl that ended up costing around $25, the portions were ridiculously small. It honestly felt like they were rationing the food while still charging full price for everything. On top of that, the music was blasting so loudly that the restaurant felt more like a club than a place to sit down and eat. The overall attitude from the staff made the experience even worse. There seemed to be very little concern about portion sizes, customer requests, or the quality of service. I don't mind paying Chipotle prices when I actually receive what I'm paying for, but charging around $25 for a salad bowl with skimpy portions—including charging for extra steak and barely adding any—is unacceptable. Management really needs to address the customer service, portion consistency, and overall professionalism at this location.
