This experience was one of a kind. I did a mobile order, I went and picked up and drive away. I then get a phone call about 5-7 minutes after I left and shows up Chipotle on my card screen. I answer, it's Rey, the manager of this store. he said I'm sorry Mr Gill to bother you, but there's a chance we might have give you the wrong order. He asked me to look. I said I was driving, he apologized and said if you can come back we want to make this right. I said I'll be back in 10 minutes. Sure enough I did get pork Instead of beef. I walked in and Rey greeted me right there and apologized and was so awesome about righting the situation. I imagine what happened was the very nice girl behind the counter, saw there was something all mixed up w the orders and told her manager she might have messed up. She did, but she owned up to it. This is just me speculating what happened. Anyways, I just wanted to make sure this young lady and Manager Rey Alvarez (I took his card) got the recognition they deserve. I have been to 1000s of restaurants iny life in all different cities. This has NEVER happened to me!!! Thank you to Rey for making this my Go-to Chipotle. Keep managing the way you are. doesn't get any better. Chipotle you should find a way to clone Rey, he knows how to train his staff and run a good ship!! Thanks Rey and Chipotle

My tortilla for the taco was not heated up 2. Missing steak from the taco.I counted like 3 to 4 tiny cuts ( Not an exaggeration!) 3. Stale food that tasted like it was 3 days ( Inedible. Trashed everything) Do not go to this location!!

When questioned about it being the incorrect portion, I was told I could get more and be charged for extra. Better off bringing your own avocados and veggies are going somewhere else. Always FULL of high school kids sitting around and very loud too
